valuation week 2025
This campaign is a bi-annual marketing tactic that Lomond uses to create a sense of urgency for customers to book a valuation with one of its many brands across the UK. The sales and lettings teams have all hands on deck for 2 weeks, in which their primary goal is completing as many high-quality valuations as possible, giving many property owners clarity in the market, and property advice to match their goals.
This campaign required me to create a number of print and digital assets for 12 of Lomond's brands, most notably a brand-tailored flyer to be dropped to a million UK homes in June 2025.
